The food arrived cold at the table and at different times. My son was done eating by the time my food arrived. My chicken smash burger arrived cold. Delicious but cold and the bottom bun was soggy as it had been sitting for a while before arriving at the table.
The waiters need to work together and help each other with tables that have more than two people so food doesn't sit on the pass getting cold.
The ribs and wings were generous. Delicious. Pity about the temperature at arrival to the table.

The kids food was not standardized in presentation. Same meal but not the same fried chicken strips - it's hard enough feeding toddlers and preschoolers without explaining why the other plate has much more chicken (also bigger pieces so the visual then suggests plating is not about weight).
They advertise on their walls that they have free WiFi but do not actually want to give it to you when you ask - apparently only one waitress has it and is hard to find. When she does come by, she wants to take your phone and put the WiFi password in herself. Also, of the rocomamas WiFi options available, including a guest one, you will be connected to the rocomamas WiFi 2.4 that is super slow, limited and/or won't connect.
Any further attempts to speak to someone about WiFi will be met with avoidance of eye contact and fast walking by staff.
This rocomamas gives a beer garden with kids vibe. Music is too loud - more of a groove spot. Wouldn't hurt to turn down the music a smidge. There was a line when we arrived, restaurant was quite full. Also it is month end at the moment and it was a Saturday afternoon so, all places were pretty packed.
Our waitress was very friendly and spoke both English and TshiVenda. That said, she was MIA a bit during our meal which is probably why our food came in waves and was cold. It's a bit hard hailing the staff when your waiter isn't around as some actively ignore you and others don't even look like staff because they are all wearing different uniforms. There is an air of not my table, not my problem.
...those random guys that take pics of you in the parking lot do come into the restaurant as well. Fortunately we had one come to our table who was polite and asked permission first before just snapping away.
