Nando's Kosher — Restaurant in Waverley

This is my latest review. I've changed your rating from 4* to 1* and I haven't even eaten yet. You have the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant in my entire life. We found our own table because nobody helped. We got out own menus because nobody helped. We've ordered from the takeaway counter because nobody helped. Pathetic!!!

Food is always good if they manage to get your order right. I ordered and paid for a chicken pineapple burger and got one without the pineapple, after specifically asking the counter assistant if she was certain my order was correct. Am so angry.

The service at kosher nandos just gets worse and worse. After an hour of not receiving my online order I managed to get through to the what’s app line. They told me the driver couldn’t get to me bc of the rain. It had not been raining for over half an hour at that point. It finally arrived and then I opened my order to find they had sent me the wrong thing. I messaged to say it’s the wrong thing, and didn’t hear back for another twenty minutes so I ate it bc I was hungry. When they got back to me they said i need to bring my order in to show them it’s wrong else they can’t do anything about it. This is now 90 minutes after I placed my order. I said I can’t do that. I’ve had to eat it. They said sorry they can’t...

Decided to drive from Parkhurst to Savoy to order and collect. Got my order after about 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Arrived home only to find that one item was missing. Called Nandos and they asked me to come back and get the missing item or get it the next time I was there. I refused to drive back and insisted that they deliver. They agreed but had no drivers available and promised to deliver as soon as one became available. They eventually delivered about an hour after my call. Very disappointing - why don't they check what's in the packets before they seal it? Must I do that for them? Spoilt the meal...
