The worst. Placed an online order at 13:37. Eventually drove to the store at 15:00. My order was there waiting. Sorry we don’t have drivers. We are trying to organize a driver. They still want to give me food that’s at least a hour or more old. Manager tried to make excuses that it’s a separate company that placed the order. WHAT????? can’t refund me either. So you take my order for a delivery you can’t deliver cos you have no drivers and my money and can’t refund me until Monday. Lesson 1: how to get rid of customers. We received a Terrible service this evening from the manager, Daniella and Sphisihle. We placed an order for extra sauce and upon receiving it, we checked it and discovered that there was no sauce. We politely requested that they add sauce, Sphesihle took it with attitude, and she later gave it to us. I again checked it and said to my wife I don't see. Nonetheless, we opted to go home. We dished the full chicken into a bowl only to find that it was like braai dry meat. We called the manager and she was rude and defensive. We drove back and the manager said she poured extra sauce. When I showed her evidence of dry chicken, she continued defensively until when I dangled a piece in front of her, that's when she kept quiet but even so, did not apologize. Very bad and poor service. I was given a burnt full chicken via the drive through, I told the lady the meat is burnt and to my surprise her response was" but it's only the legs" lady what the hell😡. Told her to replace my chicken. Not only that, I also ordered 1\4 chicken lemon and herb and they gave me mild. Only saw this when I got home.
