Update: The owner phoned me to apologise and gave me a voucher to make up for the issue at hand, which meant a lot to me since it shows he cares about his customers. This apology really went a long way.

Usually I love Colcacios, but unfortunately I ordered a Morituri which is one of my favourites, but there was no tomato base sauce on the pizza at all, I understand if there is a small amount, but the whole pizza was extremely dry bc of this and caused me to not even finish the pizza, I ordered through uber eats yesterday evening, 10 May 2025. Unfortunately this has caused me to rather not order here again, since there is no way for me to check if I order through Uber Eats. To make matters worse I could not even call Colcacios since it was delivered after closing. As a fan of the Col'Cacchio franchise, I'm always excited to try their different branches to see how they compare. I recently visited the Col'Cacchio at Haasendal and I'm pleased to say it keeps the high standards of the franchise. Located within the Gables shopping centre's 'food court' area, the restaurant offers a beautiful view of a courtyard with trees and a waterwheel. This creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families with young children who can play around the water feature while parents unwind. During our recent visit, we opted for some tasty cocktails and pizza. Everything we tasted was fresh and flavorful. As it was my birthday, the staff also surprised me with a delicious dessert. thought would pop into Col'Cacchio Haasendal for a quick Sunday afternoon pizza. Service we received was pleasant. Ordered the Hollywood something pizza, bacon onions avo etc. wow was impressed at first sight, and thought there was bacon aplenty. Only to realise that what i thought was bacon was actually slivers of red onion that was carefully crafted to look like bacon. not enough bacon to much onions.
