Debonairs Pizza Blue Downs Corner — Restaurant in Western Cape

Did not order debonairs in over 4 years due to how bad their pizza's are, 4 years ago "Something meaty" was just barbeque sauce, no cheese. Ordered again this year a creamy chicken, LMIMP, so bland, hardly any chicken and the cheese was so thin and covered probably 50%, I am being generous by saying 50% ( dry bread patches everywhere), worst pizza franchise. Not worse than Pizza hut though. Next time I will take my money and rather go to Pizza Time. Debonairs, you guys should take note and learn a thing or two about how to make pizza's from Roman's, Pizza Time, even Panarottis. Because I am never coming back. P.S. The picture below is not debonairs, there's too much cheese, this masterpiece belongs to Pizza Time....it was insanely...

Poor delivery service. Placed an order at 7:15pm my pizza arrived at 9:40pm. The pizza box was squashed on all sides and falling apart, the pizza was cold and tasted horrible. The poor driver looks like he's been through hell and is still rushing for another delivery. I don't understand why they take more orders if they know that they do not have the capacity. They should simply inform the customer that they cannot take anymore delivery orders for the night. I even called to follow up at 8:15 and was told that the driver is almost here. Waited outside in the rain for a few minutes before giving up.

Waited 2 and half hours for the worst pizza I've ever...

I came here 20:05 waited in a line got served at 21:03. It's 22:05 & I'm still waiting behind 7 other people who've been waiting way longer than me behind locked doors. I spoke to the person in charge & they are only starting to make my order now! It's a zoo here with all the customers arguing because this is ridiculous. I'm stuck here while my family is hungry at home. This will be the last time Debonairs sees me. Worst service ever. I'm still waiting to post as I would like to see what time I get my food. Looks like I'm the last customer in the place there were many people behind me. This just gets better &...
