Pizzayiro Sitari Village — Restaurant in Western Cape

I really dont have a problem with the place at all, they make alright pizza. I had just heard such crazy things about the pizza and their milkshakes. To be 100% honest, if the owner was their it probably would of been a different story. The guy behind the till made sure to tell us that the milkshakes were very sweet and that certain wording on the menu was silly but the “owner likes it that way”. It could of just been a bad day for him, but the guy was highly unmotivated and made their products seems lacklustre. When it comes to the actual pizza, as i said, it was solid. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible, lets just say id rather shmash Debonairs or Holy dough because it’s closer...

Website and Google says open until 20:00. I arrived 19:40, after calling 3 times before driving to the restaurant to order take away. Was greeted by simple “No we can not assist, even though we are open for another 20min. “ I mentioned that I called to check “We do not answer the phone after 19:30” Answering the phone whould have spared the trip.

Very disappointed... We called beforehand to confirm if they had vegan options, then when we got there asked again to confirm, both times we were told yes, they do. So we ordered two of the Fungi pizzas with vegan cheese. Got home and realized they put dairy cheese on. They have no clue what vegan means, they think it's vegetarian. You cannot sell dairy to customers telling them it's vegan, people have dairy allergies. Very unprofessional, won't be going...
