Food 3 star: overall Quality/ Quantity/ price of food is a 4.5, but kitchen's hygine is relatively bad. 2/3 cook did not wear a hair net, all employ did not wear a mask, and i see a main cook scratch his feet and touching the onion, witout wash his hand. this make me minus 1.5 star of food.
but there food's taste and priceis legit. they serve a black bean noodle at 10000₩ and lard fried rice at 11000₩ is great.
their problem is a poor hygine.
service 2 stars: they are tale-out Restaurent, but they also operate a few table as a remnant of pre-owner (as far as i know owner has change at covid) and they did not well. i'm not talking about their rusty table, i'm talking about their side dish is empty, their passive agression toward to sit-down customer. main cook stare sit-down customer with a hate. their banner with in restaurent aggressively say 'Sit-down customer are not that much profit to us.' so i evaluate this restarent's service as a 2 star. why not 1 star? they did not show active Aggression to me.
Atmosphere 1 star: as i said earlier, this restaurant table is rusty, and chair is also rusty too. even owner has changed at covid, they still use that old signboard. they chainge a paint, but that's all.
