Gobongmin Gimbab In, Seomyeon Lotte — Restaurant in Busan

Today is my third day in Busan and we went out looking for kimbap for breakfast and found this place. Orders can be made via a kiosk but it is all in Korean and only accepts cards. We couldn't understand and has to ask for help. The lady manning the counter was really helpful and tried her best to assist us despite not proficient in English, which we really appreciated.

We ordered 2 kimbaps, spicy chicken and tuna. Though we have to pick up the orders ourselves, the ladies kindly served us with the kimbaps, soup and a side dish. The kimbaps were good with lots of fillings and a nice thin layer of rice. Though I'm not sure what is the right ratio/proportion of rice to fillings, I found it really tasty and it was a very satisfying breakfast eaten with the hot soup served. Had breakfast here two days in a row. It was amazing on both occasions. The gimbap is freshly rolled to order and the bibimbap was delicious cooked on stone pot. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and even customised our order as we don’t eat ham.
