Busan Travel Day2 #6 Jaggy Pork Soup

I parked in the Namhang Market public parking lot and walked about 5 minutes to the market. We arrived around 11:00 and the tables were already almost full, so we ordered and ate.

It was introduced in Baek Jong-won's Three Kings of Heaven and is said to be one of the three best pork soup in Busan.

Outside, they continue to make and serve soup, and I was surprised that the turnover was faster than I thought.

Each table has its own kimchi, so it was convenient to eat as much as you want and not have to move around, I ordered 3 pieces of pork soup and the rice was rolled with the meat. I recommend adding chives to season the soup with shrimp, There is a lot of meat in the clear soup base, so I eat it with rice until the end, and it feels really good.

I didn't make soju because I had a lot of upcoming events, but I had a lot of ideas for accompaniments.

Next time I go to Busan, I will visit again.

주차는 남항시장공영주차장에 하고 5분정도 시장쪽으로 걸어가면 금방입니다. 11시 정도 도착했는데 이미 테이블은 거의 꽉차있었고 주문하고 먹다보니 어느새 만석이었습니다.

백종원의 3대천왕에서도 소개 되었던곳으로 부산3대 돼지국밥중 한곳이라고 합니다.

밖에서는 계속 국밥을 만들고 서빙되어지고 생각보다 회전율이 빨라 놀랐습니다.

테이블마다 김치가 따로 있어 먹을양만큼 덜어 먹으면되어 움직일 필요 없어 편했습니다, 돼지국밥 3개로 주문했고 밥은 토렴이 되어 고기와 말아져있습니다. 부추를 추가하여 새우젓과 함께 간을 맞추는것을 추천드리며, 맑은 국물베이스에 고기가 많아 끝까지 밥과 같이 먹는데 이거 기분이 참 좋습니다.

다음 일정들이 많아 소주는 못했지만 반주 생각이 많이 났습니다.
