This review is for the international tourists, especially those with young ones, especially babies. Food, atmosphere was great. Service, bad.
We are a family of 4- 1yo, 4yo, and 2 adults. We spent close to 2 hours at the store- baby was crying at times. Mostly peaceful, but as we were using the toilets and about to leave, one of the waitresses asked impatiently: When are you leaving? We clarified her intentions, and she responded by saying we were too noisy. My wife then stood up for the baby and hence an argument started in which rude vulgarities were exchanged, with the waitress then gossiping in Korean with the rest. If a fellow customer were to complain to us directly, perhaps that would be fine. But for a staff member to show her displeasure and argue extensively with vulgarities showing her dislike of a paying customer’s child, when no one else complained, is wholly unacceptable. Perhaps if she disliked her job, she should leave. Or perhaps she thinks that business is through the roof and couldn’t care less about manners.
Perhaps a problem not only with this cafe, but the whole of Korean society as a whole in the way they judge bringing children out.
Backwards in manners, utterly reprehensible.

Read moreCame for the view & food, stayed for the view. Reached around 4pm + and most pastries were sold out by then. Settled for a scone and cake which tasted quite mediocre, not very memorable.
Best thing about this cafe is the amazing sea view that makes you feel like you’re on a cruise 😉 The winds were crazy strong (went in May) and had to quickly find an indoor seat if not our food will fly away. Located on a hill, the walk up was intense and steep (but doable). But will recommend getting a taxi if possible.
Worth a visit but personally will not go back if I don’t have a car.

Read moreThis place is simply a dream. It was my favorite spot from the entire trip to Korea. We had a splendid day—the sun made the place look exceptional. The sunset is probably a real spectacle as well, but we didn’t get the chance to return at that time. The space is designed like an amphitheater, and the sea view is incredible. The coffee and desserts were excellent. Although it’s quite far from the city center and there isn’t much to visit nearby, it’s an attraction in itself and well worth the trip. It’s the perfect place where you can easily spend half a day and never get...
