구을 때 나는 비릿내는 싫고 바닷장어는 먹고싶을 땐 한번정도 갈만하다. 양념장어는 3접을 먹을 때 까지는 normal 하다. 지속적으로 열을 머금지 못하는 무쇠접시위에서도 장어는 식기 마련이고 곁드린 인스턴트 락교나 생강초무침으론 넘어오는 비릿내를 잡기에 역부족이다. 개인적으로는 생강저림이 아닌 생강을 직접 제공하는 편이 낫겠다는 생각이 든다. 그리고 지방 특색인지 잘 모르겠으나 장어가 너무 크게 잘려있어서 한 입에...
