주차장 안내요원은 매우 친절했으나, 5/15일 주문 실수 두건으로 생돈 2만원 넘게 날렸습니다. 텀블러를 두개 쿠폰으로 주문하려했는데 6000원 달라길래 드렸고 알고보니 쿠폰 하나만 사용하심^^ 빡침을 누르고 이후 하나 남은 쿠폰으로 음료 두잔과 베이커리류 구매했는데 3000원 남았다고 하길래 쓸데없는 사탕 하나 삼. 알고보니 아메리카노 하나 누락해서... 음료 한잔밖에 못먹고 쓸데없는 사탕 삼. 스벅인데 와이파이가 안됨^^ 직원한테 문의했더니 자기폰은 되는데 왜 너는 안되냐는 뉘앙스. 와이파이 못씀. 하지만 내 폰으로 다른 지점 스벅 와이파이 안된적 없었음.

서울서 살다가 충주에 내려와 유일한 스타벅스라고 좋아했는데 이런 실수를 두번 연달아하는것 본 적 없음. 심지어 베이커리 데우는 시간도 엄청 오래 걸림. 최악의 스타벅스였음.

이런 리뷰 잘 안쓰는데 너무 황당해서 남깁니다. 다들 꼭 주문하고 다시한번...
