유명식당 — Restaurant in Daegwannyeong-myeon

Small little family-owned restaurant. We ordered the steamed dumplings, cold acorn noodles in soup (which consist of noodles that are made of acorn jelly, rather than actual acorn jelly) and ox head soup. These were complemented with side dishes—cubed radish kimchi and preserved radish leaves. The steamed dumplings were unappealing in presentation and did not taste any better. The same could be said for the side dishes. The cold acorn noodles in soup were nice overall, as the noodle texture was good, although the soup was a bit too sweet for my liking. The ox head soup was just average in taste. The interior of the store was very simple and unadorned; without any frills, looking more like the interior of a house. The staff were not too friendly either. Overall, this restaurant ends up not being very satisfying to me, although the cold acorn noodles in soup were nice. This definitely wasn't really a touristy place. It was nice to see the difference between this place vs what I normally see where I live. Would definitely eat here again if we ever come back...

꿩찐만두 속재료 맛이 깔끔하고 담백한 스타일 만두와 같이 제공되는 간장은 고추짱아찌 간장 국물맛과 비슷하다. 심심한 만두를 간장에 찍어 먹는 궁합이 아주 좋다.

소머리국밥 국밥에 나오는 고기가 다른곳은 편육 스타일로 나오는데 이곳은 깍두기 모양으로 썰어서 넣어준다. 고기 식감이 도가니 씹는것 같이 쫀득 하다. 기본 국물은 간이 되지 않은 상태로 개인 취향에 맞게 소금간 해서 먹는 스타일

비빔 메밀막국수 다른곳 비빔막국수는 단짠 스타일이 많은데 이곳 비빔막국수는 고소한 맛이 강한 스타일 추가로 간을 맞출 필요 없을 정도로 입맛에 잘 맞았다. 비벼서 나와 바로 먹기 좋음 비빔막국수와 같이 제공하는 육수는 꿩고기 육수인듯 차갑게 나온 육수는 궁합이 잘 맞음

재방문해서 다른 메뉴도 먹어보고 싶어진다. 물 메밀막국수, 꿩만두국 맛이 기대가 된다.
