Da Alli — Restaurant in Daejeon

Trust me. The best pizzeria in the Daejeon metro. I lived in NYC, a pizza mecca, and LA for over 11 years and have visited numerous famous pizzerias. Just name it. Da Alli is really good at preparing the tomato sauce and making/baking the dough. It is a top notch skill. So try tomato-sauce pizzas and skip pasta/risotto. I am pretty sure if and only if there were more tomato-sauce-based pizza menus, this pizzeria would have been the best in the region. In the bookshelf, I can see many recipe books from famous Italian/American chefs as well as restaurants. It seems the chef does lots of research and development on menus. 나폴리식 화덕피자가 유명한 대전 피제리아입니다. 평일에 갔는데도 저녁시간 웨이팅이 생길정도로 인기가 많으니 전화로 예약 후 방문하시는걸 추천드리고, 가게 앞에 주차공간이 부족하니 인근 골목에 주차 후 방문하는게 편합니다. 판당 가격은 1만원 후반~2만원 중반 정도이고, 양은 일반 피자 레귤러사이즈 정도라 생각됩니다. 마르게리타는 신선한 생 모짜렐라와 굉장히 맛있는 토마토 소스, 화덕에서 구워져 쫄깃하고 고소한 도우가 굉장히 잘 어울려서 너무 맛있었고, 짭조름하고 기름진 살라미가 들어간 피자도 크러쉬드 페퍼가 뿌려져있어 느끼함없이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 다만 아쉬운건 도우가 축축했던 점인데, 재료 특성상 굽는 과정에서 수분이 어느 정도 나오는 건 이해할 수 있지만 주문했던 피자 모두 서빙 직후임에도 도우 밑부분이 눅눅할 정도로 젖어있어 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 이외에는 점원분들의 서비스도, 가게 분위기도 좋아서...
