Sushi hidari — Restaurant in Daejeon

There was a special occasion, so I ordered sashimi and sushi in advance, picked them up when arrived.

All the ingredients were fresh, and I could taste the chef’s dedication, love, and the precision and skill felt through the knife work, resulting in wonderfully prepared, delicious food.

Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy a happy and precious time sharing the meal with an old acquaintance.
