As you walk in you are greeted by the staff, a wide seating area is available. On the shelf are well presented chos and the menu catches your eye. Selections include award winning beans from Mexico to Ethiopian single origin cups. Ordering and taking a seat you are handed a buzzer, common for Korea but still something I am always happy to see. As you wait, you notice the wood stove burning to the side, giving off heat and the crackle of wood burning adding to the atmosphere. Beverages were good! Service was excellent! Pastry was scrumptious! We got here right before their cut off time to order, which is 9:30pm. But, they kindly helped us with our order and didn't rush us. (FYI, the store closes at 10pm.) And because we got here so late, we had the whole coffeeshop to ourselves, which was nice! Although we didn't get coffee in fear of not being able to fall asleep, this place is famous for their drip coffee. I'll start with the only negative from our visit: service was really slow, with a wait to order and then another wait to receive the order, even early on a Sunday morning. But everything else was superb: coffee was clean, fragrant, and full of flavor; pound cake, cheese bread, and tiramisu were all fresh and excellent. The building has a 2-floor structure, with lots of windows and open spaces, and seating indoors and out.
