두리원 소고기집 방문 후기 🥩 요즘 제대로 된 한우 맛보기 힘들었는데, 두리원 소고기집은 기대 이상이었어요. 고기 질이 정말 좋아서 한 점 한 점 먹을 때마다 육즙이 터지고 고소한 풍미가 입안 가득 퍼졌어요. 직원분들이 직접 구워주셔서 굽기 정도도 딱 맞았고, 서비스도 친절해서 편하게 식사할 수 있었어요. 기본 반찬도 정갈하게 잘 나오고, 특히 소금이랑 와사비 조합이 고기 맛을 더 살려줬어요. 식사 후에 나오는 냉면으로 마무리하니 입안이 깔끔하게 정리되어서 완벽한 한 끼였어요. 분위기도 깔끔하고 가족이나 지인 모임 자리로 딱 좋은 곳이라 다음엔 부모님 모시고 다시 가보려구요. 가격대는 있지만 고기 퀄리티 생각하면 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.

한우 진짜 미쳤어요 😳 고기 상태부터 다르더라구요. 기름기만 번들거리는 게 아니라 결이 고르게 마블링돼 있어서 육즙이 꽉 차 있어요. 굽자마자 부드럽게 녹는데, 고소한 향이 올라오면서 씹을수록 달아요. 같이 나온 단호박이 또 신의 한 수💛 고기 기름에 살짝 구워서 먹으니까 달큰하고 고소해서 느끼하지 않아요. 룸 형식이라 조용하고, 직원분이 중간중간 구워주시고 세팅도 깔끔하게 챙겨주셨어요. 가족 모임이나 부모님 모시고 오기 딱 좋을 것 같아요.
