기분좋게 아침먹으려 갔는데 파니니를 다 짖이기고 치즈를 전부 녹여서 주길래 이건 아니다 싶어서 건의했더니....매뉴얼대로 한거라고 하네요. 점장인지 주인인지도 슬쩍 나오더니 치즈가 녹은게 문제냐며 물어보더군요. 여기 티라미슈도 맛있고 이전에 안 이랬는데 많이도 바뀌어서 참 아쉬워요. 나름 단골인데... 재방문 안하지싶죠.

기분좋게 아침먹으려 갔는데 파니니를 다 짖이기고 치즈를 전부 녹여서 주길래 이건 아니다 싶어서 건의했더니....매뉴얼대로 한거라고 하네요. 점장인지 주인인지도 슬쩍 나오더니 치즈가 녹은게 문제냐며 물어보더군요. 여기 티라미슈도 맛있고 이전에 안 이랬는데 많이도 바뀌어서 참 아쉬워요. 나름 단골인데... 재방문 안하지싶죠.

사람이 많아선지 시간도 엄청 오래걸렸고, 영수증 계산 착오여서 다시 결제하는데도 미안하단 사과 한마디 없었고, 음료 갈던 믹서 통 퐁퐁 칠하더니 손도 안댄채 물로만 두번 슥 행군 후 다시 다른 음료 만드는거 보고 경악을 금치 못했습니다. 원래 타 매장 다녀 여기 잘 안왔었는데, 갈 일 없을듯 합니다. 음료 주시는 분은 그래도 친절하셨는데.. 몇몇 분들의 행동이 눈살을 찌푸리게하네요. 서비스나 청결에서 직원...
