별도의 주차장을 관리하고 있어(2시간 무료) 주차하는 데는 어려움이 없었음(인근 통진은 주차하기가 어려운 편). 다만 일손이 부족해 주문과 음식이나오는 시간 간격은 상대적으로 길다고 느껴짐. 또한 점심시간에 2층은 불이 꺼져있어 운영 안하는 건 줄 알았는데, 그 채로 사람들이 올라가서 먹고는 있음. 알바를 구하고 계시던데, 신속히 구해지면 서비스가 개선 될 것 같음. 현재 계시는 직원분은 매우 친절하였음.

최악입니다. 특히나, 근무태도들.... 롯데리아 패스트푸드점 아닌가요?

약속장소가는 길에 시간적인 여유가 없어서 가는길에 먹으려 들렀는데, 딱, 19분 걸리더군요. 사람이 많았냐구요? 아니요. 매장에서 이미 드시고 계신 3인가족 외에는 서너팀 정도(7명) 였어요.

요리사가 조리하는 요리도 아니고, 남자알바생 주방에 혼자있는게 보입디다. 여자애 둘은 카운터에서 주문받는것도 아니고 옆에 셀프오더 기계가 받는데, 어찌나들 느긋하던지...

거기 점장!! 오늘(2019. 01. 06) 11시 40분부터 12시까지 cctv 돌려보세요.

혹시 롯데리아의 패스트푸드란 개념은 햄버거...
