The workers are very unhappy here. They are always in a bad mood and it shows. Very rude employees but the owner is worse. They will not give you extra ketchup. You can not even buy ketchup. I ordered a double cheese burger and it had about 3 droplets of ketchup so I asked for one packet and they refused and argued with me for 5 minutes. 탄현 2지구에는 맥도날드와 롯데리아, 맘스터치 3개의 햄버거 가게가 트라이앵글마냥 붙여져 있습니다. 이 셋중에 매장이 쾌적하다고 느껴지는 곳은 롯데리아입니다.

하지만 롯데리아가 셋 중에서 가장 인지도가 낮고 맛도 별로이기 때문에 위치는 롯데리아이지만 먹는 음식은 맘스터치나 맥도날드였으면 하는 바램이 살짝 있었습니다.

음식은 최선을 다해서 준비가 되어서 나왔지만 롯데리아 자체의 그 답 없음이 점포의 노력을 안타깝게 만들었습니다. 탄현 롯데리아는 정말 좋은 곳입니다....
