흔히 먹는 닭볶음탕과 비슷한 비주얼이지만 양념장이 깊은 맛을 냅니다. 저처럼 매운 걸 못먹는 사람에겐 다소 매울 수는 있지만 딱히 그렇게 맵지는 않습니다. 또 닭볶음을 다 먹고 난뒤에 볶아먹는 밥은 또 별미구요.

가끔씩 무등산에 올 때 들리곤했던 곳인데, 오랜만에(2년정도) 왔더니 예전보다는 맛이 없어진 느낌이네요ㅠ굉장히 맛있었던 기억이 남아서 그런걸수도 있습니다. 밥까지 볶아먹어야 백미인데 배가 불러 못먹었네여ㅎ

처음 접해본 철판닭볶음. 흔히 알고있는 닭도리탕이 아닙니다. 국물이 거의 없는 석쇠에 구운듯한 빨간양념의 닭볶음입니다. 맛있게 맵다는 표현이 절로 떠오르는 매운맛. 마지막 직접 볶아먹는 볶음바 또한 일품입니다. 나오는 반찬은 김치를 제외하고는 고추가루를 전혀 사용않아 매운맛을...
