< 첫번째 방문입니다. > 출퇴근 지나가는 길에 자주 지나쳤던 식당을 이제야 와보네요!! 막국수를 좋아하는 편이 아니라 방문할 생각을 안했는데 날씨가 따듯해지니 국수가 땡기더라구요 진작에 왔어야하는건데 메뉴에 들깨칼국수가 있는 걸 알았으니 종종 오게 될 것 같습니다. 참고로 주차여건이 굉장히 좋습니다.

점심시간 살짝 지나서 갔는데도 사람이 꽤 있는 편. 들기름 막국수는 단 맛이 조금 있지만 아주 자극적이지 않아서 딱 먹었을 때 맛있다는 느낌. 반찬으로 주시는 열무도 맛있음. 식당은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 잘 관리한 듯. 그리고 매우 친절하셔서 좋았음. 주차장 매우 여유있는 편.

우선 면은 뽑아나오지 않고 집에서도 해먹을수 있는 메밀 건면이 삶아서 나옵니다. 전문 막국수집은 아닙니다. 면은 밀가루가 많이 섞여있습니다. 물국수는 슴슴하지만 특별한 맛을 찾기는 어렵고 개인적으로 비빔국수도 마찬가지입니다.

국수의 면발이 쫀득하니 끝내 줍니다. 비빔면 양념도 단짠단짠 허고 칼칼하니 .... 오른손으로 비비고, 왼손으로 비비고 ㅎ ㅎㅎㅎ 한 국수하면 .... 그냥 행복합니다.

참. 돼지편육도 보들보들 하니 입에 촥 감기는 것이 이슬...
