용유관 시골밥상 — Restaurant in Incheon

Greeted by a very unfriendly male staff member who tried to upsell the set meal (₩16,000) that this restaurant sells. Since the restaurant insists that every customer at the table consume the same menu, we opted for a lá carte cheonggukjang (₩10,000). We were put off by their inflexiblity.

Unlike regular restaurants where each person gets their own serving of food, this restaurant served the 3 portions of cheonggukjang that we ordered in one ttukbaegi that was the size of those that you get when you order a galbitang. Hmmm... If you split that up into 3 servings, each serving is only as large 1.5 small rice bowls. I felt cheated. The side dishes didn't taste fresh either; they were clearly prepared at least a day before. Total disappointment.

All in all, we all had a terrible experience at this restaurant, so I definitely do not recommend and will not...

두사람이 가든 세사람이 가든 모두 같은 걸 시켜야 한다. 가격을 청국장 이나 된장 찌개 만원, 돌솥밥 세트 만육천원에 맞춰놓고 이 가격을 저렴하다고 생각하고 메뉴판에 적어 놓은 것으로 보이지만 음식이 나오는 양이나 형태를 보면 만원과 만육천원을 넘게 하지 않으려고 매우 애를 쓴 흔적이 보임. 차라리 이럴거면 가격을 조금 더 올려 받던지. 세명이 청국장으로 통일해서 주문했더니 크지않은 하나의 뚝배기에 청국장 삼인분이 담겨 나옴. 각각의 용기에 일인분씩 담겨져 나올 것을 기대했다가 당황했음. 청국장 삼인분 양이 적어 강제로 아껴서 먹었음. 반찬 7가지가 나왔는데 세명이 먹기에 부족함. 반찬 리필을 요청하는데 눈치 보임. 음식 맛은 보통이나 손님들 입장에서 주인이 지나치게 인색하다는 느낌을 안 가질수...
