Regenerating old factories into cafes has been a popular concept for several years in South Korea with some of the largest examples including Terarosa Gangneung, Daerim Warehouse (๋๋ฆผ์ฐฝ๊ณ ) and Cosmo 40 in Incheon. Built across four storeys and over 3,500 SQM of floor space Cosmo 40 features a filter coffee bar by Bean Brothers, bakery by Roissant and pizza by Take it Easy.
The concept, planned by one of the countries largest independent coffee companies Able Coffee Group, took over seven months to complete including input by architect firms Lifethings and Proof, furniture by Rareraw and lighting by Bitzro.
Bean Brothers run eight cafes including two overseas branches in Malaysia, while their main blends Velvet White and Black Suit are used in close to 200 cafes throughout South Korea.

Lots of varied seating and areas with a nice selection of pastries, snacks and drinks.
