Since 1969, this restaurant has been specializing in Gukbap and Naengmyeon in north korean style. It's already polular, so there's a long waiting line at peak time on weekends.
There are not many menus and it is simple, but each dish is tasty.
Gukbap (rice soup): The rich and clean taste of the soup is excellent.
Naengmyeon (cold noodles) in north korean (hwanghaedo style): It is characterized by a clean taste by making soup with only vegetables and fruits. Red pepper and seaweed are added and the seasoning is made with sugar. Except for two pieces of meat, all of them are made of vegetables.

The gukbap is served plenty of meat with a rich tasting broth. It is not seasoned and you can adjust it according to your taste by adding salt, shrimp paste, gochugaru etc. Their naengmyeon is one of the best I have had.
