Lotteria — Restaurant in Incheon

The culinary experience was satisfactory, albeit lacking in moisture. We placed an order for the hanwoo beef burger. Regrettably, the service was not up to par, as our meal took an extended 45 minutes to be prepared. This establishment markets itself as a fast food restaurant, which led us to believe that the food would be prepared promptly. Tried other Lotteria in Japan and Korea, so far it’s the worst one. The meal on the flight wasn’t satisfying so we decided to get another meal at our connecting flight.

We got a regular burger and a crispy chicken burger meal. The burger is dry, the fries were cold, but…still tasted a little bit better than other fast food store.

The cheese powder or sauce (don’t really remember) for the fries tastes...

First time eating at a Lotteria. I ordered the spicy chicken burger and was surprised by how delicious it was (I came in with low expectations). I watched the staff prepare the food and they worked very efficiently and with cleanliness. There's an option to pay with credit card on the machine or by cash after choosing the item on the machine. All in all, I was happy that I had my last meal...
