During my visit to Jeju, I had the pleasure of dining at Sabroso in Jeju where I indulged in their renowned Korean BBQ, featuring the island's specialty: Jeju black pig. The experience was nothing short of remarkable.

Korean Style BBQ with Jeju Black Pig: The highlight of the meal. The Jeju black pig's meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavors that are unique to this regional variety. Cooked to perfection, it truly showcased the quality of local produce.

The food was amazing!! Main Galbijjim is absolutely delicious with just the right amount of spice. For those that can’t handle spice go for the least spicy one but we had the Shin-ramen level and it was spot on. We had the seafood dweonjang jiggae as a complimentary service which was also a perfect pairing for soju; full of flavour and umami. Back to the main Galbijjim it was so tender and honestly second to my grandmas Galbijjim.
