Cheesus — Restaurant in Jeju

Like most folks, we found this after watching Hungry & Hairy on 'flix. It's a VERY SMALL place run by husband and wife. It's a lean operation: • they serve 5 dishes only, but all 5 are home runs. • you need to pre-order and you can't order more on the day itself if you're still hungry (cos they don't have the extra ingredients prepared) • you have 1 hour to eat - don't be late cos the next seating is also going to arrive one-time.

Reservations are taken 7 days in advance - you need to chat with them on Naver and they'll walk you through the process.

All of this might feel overwhelming - but you'll be handsomely rewarded if you get through this...

This was our third attempt at finding a restaurant that was open. We finally gave up and settled on this restaurant not realizing what a delightful little gem we found. We both had the steak and veggies with gouda cheese and bread. My friend had shrimp added on. This was the best steak I have ever had (which might not mean much to many people since I don't like steak). It was so tender and flavorful.
