Haenyeo's kitchen Bukchon — Restaurant in Jeju

Food was good but not amazing with this price. If you don’t speak Korean you will be very disappointed becos all you get is a machine to translate your food. All the interaction are only in Korean and even the video is in Korean without any subtitles. We feel excluded and confused. 這本是這趟旅程最期待的行程。 事先預定餐廳，付好費用是對於這個餐廳的重視。 但因為租車車輛故障，而延遲抵達餐廳的時間。 這次最失望的是，無法與餐廳建立一個平等的溝通。 用各種聯絡方式都聯繫不上餐廳，我們試著跟飯店借電話。 得到 1）目前非餐廳營業時間，請稍後再撥 2）電話撥通了，無人接聽 好不容易車輛恢復正常，匆匆趕去。卻得到店員表示很遺憾沒辦法用餐，對於車輛故障感到抱歉。 並表示其他時段還有空位，可以再付一次錢來用餐

最後想表達，不是非要他們硬喬空位給我們或全額退費。但若可以事先告知他們我們並非故意no show，這結尾是不是會有所不同⋯⋯

This was the most anticipated itinerary of this journey. Booking the restaurant in advance and paying in advance show our respect for this restaurant. However, due to a rental car breakdown, we arrived late at the restaurant. The most disappointing part was the inability to establish equal communication with the restaurant. After the vehicle was finally fixed, we hurried to the restaurant, only to be told that it was regrettable they couldn't accommodate us for a meal due to the car breakdown. They mentioned there were available slots at other times, suggesting we could pay again to dine at a different time. The final point to convey is that we didn't necessarily need them to force a reservation for us or offer a full refund.
