My visit to Myeongwol Elementary School Cafe was a delightful trip down memory lane, reminiscent of our childhood and nostalgic school days from Korean dramas. The ambiance is charmingly cute, with a touch of retro flair, creating a cozy atmosphere that instantly warms the heart.

One of the highlights of this cafe is its pet-friendly environment, where furry friends are warmly welcomed. It was heartwarming to see kids running around, adding to the lively atmosphere. The presence of mini arcade machines and gachapone machines added an extra element of fun and nostalgia.

We indulged in their signature butter latte and sesame latte, both of which were a treat for the taste buds. The butter latte was exceptionally creamy, with a rich buttery flavor that lingered with each sip. The sesame latte offered a unique twist, with a distinct sesame taste that was both comforting and delicious. To complement our drinks, we also savored their cheesecake, which was simply delightful.

In conclusion, Myeongwol Elementary School Cafe is a must-visit destination for those seeking a nostalgic trip back in time with delicious drinks and treats. I highly recommend stopping by this charming cafe for a...

Drive in via this Grand but creepy gate as if entering into a haunted mansion, you will see the elementary school.

Exterior looks kinda haunted somewhat but interior was cozy and homey.

All of you who watched Netflix, this was the filming location of "Welcome to Samdalri"!!!!!

All bakes and cakes were about 4,000-6000 won and drinks were around 6,000 won.

Quite a lot of families visited this place with their kids so it can get a little noisy but it adds to the ambience of being an elementary school. There is also an outside playground which is reminiscence of childhood times for millennials and older.

If you exit from the back, there is a small hut with 3 gaming consoles. It only cost about 0,200won to play 1 game! Omg so cheap!!

Overall it was a fun experience and I don't mind coming back again.

100%...

If you grew up in Korea in 1970-1980’s, you will be very emotional (and grateful) at this place. If you are younger, you will experience what your parents went through.

It’s one of those places where the food taste is somewhat irrelevant because the vibe is so overwhelmingly nostalgic. But the food is actually very edible. The street food, aka Bunsik, is the featured menu here.

Plan an hour or two. Eat some bunsik and take a lot of photos. I highly recommend this place to Koreans and...
