지난달 가족들과 한국 방문 중 전주에 있는 청학동 들깨요리 전문점을 방문했는데, 정말 특색있는 맛집이었습니다. 들깨삼계탕, 들깨 갈비탕, 들깨 옹심이를 주문했는데, 하나같이 평균 이상의 맛이었습니다. 들깨의 고소한 향이 음식마다 진하게 배어 있어서 한 숟갈 떠먹을 때마다 풍미가 입안 가득 퍼질 정도로 들깨 향이 좋았습니다. 특히 들깨삼계탕은 닭이 부드럽고 국물이 진하면서도 깔끔해서 어른들뿐만 아니라 아이들도 좋아했고요. 갈비탕은 고기가 야들야들하고 들깨가 더해져 색다른 맛이 일품이었고, 옹심이는 쫄깃한 식감과 들깨의 조화가 정말 환상적이었습니다. 거기에 사이드로 나온 김치와 깍뚜기도 맛있었습니다. 식당 분위기도 아늑하고 깔끔해서 가족끼리 오붓하게 밥을 먹기 딱 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 서빙도 빠르게 나와서 기다리는 데 불편함이 없었어요. 전주에서 특별한 한식을 찾으신다면 청학동 들깨요리 전문점 강력 추천합니다.

Last month, during a family trip to Korea, we visited Cheonghakdong Perilla Specialty Restaurant in Jeonju, and it was truly a unique and memorable dining experience. We ordered perilla samgyetang, perilla galbitang, and perilla ongsimi, and every dish was above average in taste. The rich, nutty aroma of perilla infused each dish, filling our mouths with delightful flavors with every spoonful. The perilla samgyetang, in particular, had tender chicken and a rich yet clean broth that both adults and kids loved. The galbitang featured soft, melt-in-your-mouth meat with a distinctive taste enhanced by perilla, and the ongsimi was a perfect harmony of chewy texture and perilla flavor. The side dishes, like kimchi and kkakdugi, were also delicious. The restaurant had a cozy and clean atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a family meal together. 들깨옹심이 맛있어요. 가볍지만 구수한 들깨국물에 감자찹쌀떡처럼 쫀득 쫀득한 식감을 가진 옹심이의 조화가 다른 곳에서는 먹어본 적이 없는 스타일이라 신선하게 느껴졌어요. 들깨국물은 후추, 소금 간을 많이 해서 짭짤한 편이었지만 거부감은 안 느껴졌습니다. 한가한 시간에 갔는데 다른 테이블은 거의 들깨삼계탕을 드시고 계시더라고요. 식사를 마친 후 셀프코너에서 아이스크림이랑 과자를 후식으로 먹을 수 있습니다. 매장도 넓은 편이고 좌식과 입식이 모두 마련이 되어 있어서 모임을 해도 괜찮을 거 같아요. 주차는 가게 바로 앞 쪽에 하면 되는데...
