전주에 새로 뜨는 거리인 이른바 객리단길에 있는 한정식집. 부안출신의 주인장의 정갈하고 맛깔스런 남도 음식을 즐길 수 있다. 흔히 맛보기 힘든 말린 졸복을 이용한 졸복맑은탕이나 반건조 민어찜과 해를 오래 묵힌 갓김치와 묵은지볶음 그리고 다양한 장아찌와 제철 나물과 제철 생선회등등. 푸짐하고 걸진 전남의 백반과는 또 다른 전북의 깔끔하고 다양한 음식맛 을 볼 수 있는 곳. 점심 정식은 일인당 가격으로 팔고 저녁은 세가지 가격대의 4인을 기준으로 한 한 상 차림으로 영업한다. 내가 갔을 때는 남도 밥상치고 젓갈반찬이 거의 없어서 아쉬웠다. 주인은 직접담은 젓갈이 아직 숙성이 덜 되어 서빙할 수 없었다고 했으니 다음에 전주에 들러 확인해 볼 밖에. 어쨋건 전어밤젓이나 진석화젓 토하젓등 전라도명물 젓갈반찬이 없어 좀 아쉬운 한정식이었지만 전반적으로 정갈하고 깔끔하다. 흔한 전주비빔밥에...

왜 사람들이 호불호를 이야기하는 알겠음. 제육은 솔직히 무슨맛인지 잘 모르겠고 고기가 별로없는게 맞으나 반찬들이 정갈하고 맛있으며 생선구이도 바짝구워 맛있었다. 사장님도 친절하시고 좋았음. 가게앞...
