This restaurant is well known for the bean sprout and rice soup which is called Gook-bob. People say that Jeonju is the best city to try this bean sprout and rice soup.
This soup wasn’t that good as I expected. But deep-fried squid and monkfish were so great. Super crispy texture of fried skin and tender, moist fish of it. It was probably the best fried food that I ever tried here in Korea.

The bean sprout soup definitely tastes authentic. Not the most incredible thing I’ve ever had, but I appreciate the experience nonetheless. Flavour of soup reminds me of shin ramen.
