산정호수 들렸다가 100년된 단팥빵을 판다고 해서 1방문했어요. 참 시선 확 끄는 캐치프레이즈. 4대째 단팥빵을 만들었고, 제빵사분도 40여년 경력의 국내 제빵명인 1호라고 소개하네요. 그래서인지 가격도 확실히 비싼 편입니다. 추천 메뉴 - 단팥빵, 프랑스식빵, 크림빵, 명성빵, 소금빵, - 통옥수수빵, 마약옥수수빵, 마늘빵 단팥빵과 컨츄리, 플레인스콘, 무화과깜빠뉴, 설문파이, 견과류 파이 주문했어요. 슬로건이 너무 셌던 건지 기대감을 충족시키는 맛은 아니었습니다. 맛이 없는 건 아닌데 그렇다고 차별성 있는 건 아니었습니다. * 방부제가 들어가지 않아 당일 소비 권장 옛날 스타일빵을 고수하시는지 구매한 빵들이 대체로 투박한 맛이었어요. 달리 말하면 첨가물이 덜 들어가 자연스러운 맛이라고도 할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

산정호수 가실때 들리면 좋을 베이커리. 다만 단팥빵을 웨이팅이 있고 실내에서 여유즐기며 뷰를 보며 드실 분위기는 아니어서 포장해가시는 분이 많습니다. 100년 단팥빵이 뭐길래 저렇게 까지 길에 많냐 했는데, 산정호수 산책 다녀와서 가보니 단팥빵 웨이팅이 1시간 이라네요ㅎㅎ상동주차장에 주차하시고 산책전에 미리 웨이팅이나 주문 확인해보고 출발하시면 좋을것같아요. 꽈배기와 크림 카스테라 먹었는데 빵 식감이나 질감이 다르긴하네요. 다음에 단팥빵 꼭 먹어보고 싶네요.

산정호수 가실때 들리면 좋을 베이커리. 다만 단팥빵을 웨이팅이 있고 실내에서 여유즐기며 뷰를 보며 드실 분위기는 아니어서 포장해가시는 분이 많습니다. 100년 단팥빵이 뭐길래 저렇게 까지 길에 많냐 했는데, 산정호수 산책 다녀와서 가보니 단팥빵 웨이팅이 1시간 이라네요ㅎㅎ상동주차장에 주차하시고 산책전에 미리 웨이팅이나 주문 확인해보고 출발하시면 좋을것같아요. 꽈배기와 크림 카스테라 먹었는데 빵 식감이나 질감이 다르긴하네요. 다음에 단팥빵 꼭 먹어보고 싶네요.
