Great place to eat with a semi large group of people. They have huge windows with a nice view of the golf course, there are bike racks for those who decide to ride and seems there is plenty of parking. A lot of TVs, good for watching sports. We ordered the Waygu Burger, calamari and cup of chili. All was ok. On the menu it stated, "cup of chili" so I didn't think I needed to ask about ingredients. When you think of chili it's typically made from beef but the chili here is cooked with bacon, good thing I don't  have a pork allergy but if chili isn't made the typical way they need to state the ingredients on the menu. Not everyone likes or can eat pork. I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew. I understand this is like one of the few restaurants on this base that isn't commercial so kinda expected a little more and that it's attached to a golf course. Might try again in a few months.

Comfortable atmosphere and cold beer. Edit: April 2023 I have now been eating here for years. Their menu and hours change seasonally. The food quality is not consistent. For example I've had their nachos many times and some days they barely have ANY cheese on them (hello... nachos main ingredient) other days they are good. But two things that are always consistent is their grilled salmon and friendly service. It is perfectly grilled every time and delicious. The photo is of their Greek Salad with grilled salmon added. I hope they never take it off the menu. The servers are professional and friendly.

Had the lunch special with a group of 4. Service was very helpful. The Jägerschnitzel tasted good although a bit thin (yes I knowit's supposed to be thin, I came from Germany). My friend got a $30 steak and cut me a bite, I'll say it was good but I just can't bring myself to spend that on a steak that I can cook at home for less money. Along with everything else the food was just "ok". The desserts were a definite miss. Unfortunately this is pretty much expected with food on post.

18 June 2025 update Ordered a Reuben sandwich for carryout. 30min later, I'm still waiting for it. This place continues to have the worst possible service. I don't know if it's due to process inefficiencies, poorly trained staff, lack of awareness, or just plain not caring, but it hasn't improved since my last review some 8 months ago. Really bad service. I'm in group of 12 right now and our food has come out in shifts. A few people got their order, then a few more 10min later, then a few more 15min after that. Completely unacceptable. It has taken over 30min for everyone to get their food! That's not 30min since ordering. The first plates came out 20min after ordering, so we're talking about a full hour until some in our party got their food. Practically empty restaurant so it's not like they're overwhelmed by customers. And some of the orders were wrong! I just don't know how to describe it other than unacceptable.

The food, itself, is fine. Not bad but nothing worth coming here for. The prices are at least reasonable for what you get, not as bad as Vatos/Paulie's. Not much variety, however, and the menu doesn't change.

The atmosphere is decent enough. Nothing unexpected but pleasant.

By and large, I would avoid this place. Eat somewhere else and then come...
