I recently visited Takumi with a friend. The Japanese food was absolutely delicious; it was my first time trying such dishes, and every bite was flavorful and delightful. The traditional ambiance of the restaurant added a unique charm, though the decor seemed a bit outdated and the space was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around.

The staff appeared to be very busy, and I understand that this can affect their ability to engage warmly with customers. However, what impacted our experience was being politely asked to vacate our table to make room for other patrons while we were still eating. This was unexpected, especially since other diners who had arrived before us were not asked to leave. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the restaurant did not have takeout containers available, which made it difficult to enjoy the leftovers of the delicious meal.

It would be helpful if the restaurant could find a more consistent and considerate way to manage table turnover during busy times and provide takeout containers for customers who wish to take their food home. Despite these issues, the quality of the food made the visit worthwhile. Takumi offers a genuine taste of Japanese cuisine within a traditional Korean setting. I hope to return in the future and experience improvements in the overall...

“이건 우동이 아니라, 면으로 말하는 일본 여행이다.”

10번은 넘게 간 찐 단골 코스. 그 이유? 쫄깃함. 그리고 진심. 항상 붓가케 우동을 시켜 먹는데, 받을때마다 흥분해서 사진을 못 찍는 아쉬움... 한 젓가락 뜨자마자 면발이 쯔유랑 착 감겨 입안에서 미끄러지는 그 느낌… “이게 바로 쿨한 면발의 선 넘기~!” 차가운 육수? 아니지. 쯔유와 비벼먹는 그 절제된 감칠맛. 입안 온도 -3도 떨어지는 기분이야!

같이 먹은 규동은 밥이 아니라 감동. 고기와 단짠양념이 따뜻한 밥 위에 뿌려져서 “우동 없었으면 얘가 메인 됐을 걸?”

여긴 웨이팅 있음! 무조건 있음! 그리고 면 다 팔리면 바로 마감! “지금 가도 되려나~?” 싶으면 이미 늦었어. 빨리 가서 대기표 뽑자. 그게 정답.

이 집 면은 그냥 밀가루가 아냐. 장인의 땀이 쫄깃하게 응축된 ‘탄력 있는 철학’ 국물 없어도 감동 넘친다

평택내,천안,아산 내에서 먹은 우동집 중에 가장 맛있었던 것 같아요! 면이 쫄깃하고 듣던데로 냉우동 맛있었거든요. 먼저 냉우동은 평소 냉모밀 육수 베이스를 차갑게 하고 면을 넣어 시원하게 먹는 거녔는데 면이 쫄깃함이 유지되서 맛있었어요! 붓카케는 비싸지만 그만큼 양이 많았어요. 취김과 면까지 하면 한끼식사로는 충분할것 같아요. 다만 제 기준 튀김이 두꺼워 떼어내고 먹었어요. 면도 따뜻하지도 차갑지도 않은 미온의 상태였어요. 냉우동에 비해 쫄깃한 식감도 없어 아쉬웠아요. 덮밥은 돈까스가 올라가있는 거였는데. 남자친구가 좋아해서 시켰어요. 전 돈까스를 안좋아하는 편이지만 맛있으면 한두조각 먹는데 죄송하지만 돼지고기 냄새가 나서 한입 먹고 못 먹었습니다. 계란냄새인가 싶어서 계란만 먹을땐 안났어요.

대기는 하셔야 될 거에요. 자동시스템이 아니라 들어가시면 수기로 노트에 이름을 작성하고 언제 불림을 당할지 모르니 근처에 있어야 합니다. 불편하긴 하지만 그 불편함이 일본스러워서 나쁘지 않았네요. 일본에서 먹었던 사누키 우동을 정말 좋아하는데 그때 먹었던 우동을 생각하고 가시면 조금은 실망 하실수는 있을 것 같아요. 하지만 주변에 일본 우동맛집도 여기밖에 없고 냉우동...
