🥩 – Texas Roadhouse, Camp Humphreys 🇰🇷 When this location first opened, it nailed it—great food, solid service, and a friendly, upbeat vibe that made you feel right at home. 🇺🇸🇰🇷 But lately… it’s been slipping south. Service has become inconsistent at best. It’s not just slower—it feels like the energy and pride that once defined the place are fading. Staff seem distracted, less engaged, and the warm welcome that used to be standard now feels like a hit-or-miss. But let me be clear: Ella is a rockstar. 💫 Friendly, attentive, and professional—she still represents the kind of service this place should be known for. Honestly, she should be the one training the others. If more of the staff followed her lead, this place would be back on top in no time. The food is still decent, but service makes or breaks the experience—and right now, it needs attention. Hope management sees this as a wake-up call. People notice. And we remember when it was better. ⭐ 3 out of 5 – Still has potential, but it needs stronger leadership and more “Ellas.” 📌 Tip: Ask for Ella’s section if you want it done right. MTC

My friend and I decided to try this place on a whim because we were excited that there is a Texas Roadhouse in Korea. The wait was like 10 mins, which is not bad on a Wednesday night. Our server was very, very nice. Our drinks were really good. I had the sangria red. The rolls and cinnamon butter were very fresh, with no complaints. The salad was just ok to me. I had the house salad with ranch, and the cheese tasted like it was frozen on the salad, and so did the egg. My entrée was very, very salty. The salmon was so salty that I didn't really enjoy it. And the baked potato, for some reason, was sweet. I don't know if I would go back or recommend this place because I'm just in shock that the food wasn't good since in the States I about enjoy it. I did, however, the atmosphere for sure. The servers and hostesses did a dance and made the whole vibe of the place very fun.

Update, their hours presented a bigger problem than I expected. Since they don't pick up their phone for call ahead seating and if you show up in person there was a line with a normal hour or 2 hour wait and that's if you came before they opened. Both Friday and Saturday they stopped accepting wait list or anyone to be served after 5 p.m. due to the short operating hours. They only have call ahead seating one hour ahead of time. But it is identical to a US version, the menu may have been updated but it maintains the majority of selections (it's been a few years since I visited one in the states.)

My recent visit to Texas Road House left me feeling extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. From the moment I arrived, the excessively long wait time of 45 minutes set a negative tone for the entire experience.

Once seated, I eagerly ordered the ribeye steak and baby back ribs, expecting the signature quality and flavor that Texas Road House is known for. However, I was left thoroughly disappointed. The ribeye steak was a letdown, as it was excessively salty and lacked the tenderness and robust flavor that I had come to expect. It was far from the mouthwatering ribeye steak I had hoped for. The mediocre taste left me wondering if the kitchen had overlooked proper seasoning and preparation.

To make matters worse, the baby back ribs were equally disappointing. They were dry and lacked the succulence and smoky flavor that one would anticipate from well-prepared ribs. Instead, they tasted more like a hastily microwaved dinner, lacking the authenticity and care that I had come to associate with Texas Road House.

The overall experience left me feeling that my time and money were wasted. The long wait, combined with the underwhelming quality of the food, made me question the value of the visit. I expected a satisfying and flavorful meal, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality.

While it is important to acknowledge that restaurants can have off days, the shortcomings I experienced at Texas Road House were significant enough to leave a lasting negative impression. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works to address the issues in order to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for future customers.

In conclusion, my visit to Texas Road House fell short of expectations. The excessively long wait time, coupled with the underwhelming taste and quality of the ribeye steak and baby back ribs, left me feeling disappointed and regretful. I cannot recommend this particular visit to Texas Road House, as it did not deliver the exceptional dining experience that the establishment...

So went to texas roadhouse house today to celebrate my husband birthday. We were 11 people. We ordered our food and it took about 30 min till they brought it out. It started with that they messed up 1of the kid's order (brought it doppelt out but mixed up the sides, what can happen) everyone had there food except for mine, so the doppelt mixed up order they brought it in the back it was a 6 oz steak and a baked potato, what they touched with there hands to switch out on the plates of the kid) i ordered the 6 oz steak with shrimps and a baked potato, it took about another 15 min to bring out finally my order and it was the same baked potato and the steak what they touched with there hands and the shrimps on a different plate (my husband had the same order then me and it was all on one plate). I took a bite of it and it was really cold and shrimps weren't even cooked through!!! I told the server and she brought the manager over. He then said he will take it of the receipt, but did not bother to tell the kitchen to make me a fresh dinner. So basically I went to a restaurant to have a nice dinner and went home with no dinner at all. Everyone was wondering when my food finally will come, (by that time everyone was done eating) till someone ask when then my food will come and he said there will be no food for me!! Never in my life did I go to a restaurant to eat and go home hungry. I'm really disappointed of the poor management and how he handle it. This place will never see me again. DO better. I had to give a 1 star if I could this place will get no...

Well it was around 815 45 mins before close. The first issue was I asked for a table or booth where people were eating and the host told me it’s only one you have to sit at the bar. Secondly a new waiter whom was not the bartender comes up to me and tells me I cannot get and bread. She said they just turned off the machine and can’t make more. Then I ordered a 16 oz medium welllll sirloin. 5 mins later, The bartender brings out my plate and the steak had so much blood comping from it that the plate looked read. Then she asked me if it was ok I told her no that I asked from medium well could you please take it back. No fault to the sweet bartender who was just doing her job. But she comes back about two mins later she brings the steak back out and I proceeded to cut into it and blood started to come out again. I told myself maybe it was from the plate because she brought it out on the same plate. But no the inside was red still all but the edge that I cut before she took it back the first time. At this point the outside of the meat was well done but the inside was closer to raw. Lastly the sides I orders was loaded baked potato and green beans. Instead of giving me regular butter they put the cinnamon butter that comes with the bread on top of it with the rest of the toppings with out sour cream. Needless to say at this point I was done...
