생곱창이다보니 오래 끓여야 부드러워 진다고 20분이상 기다려서 먹는 것을 추천하는 것을 보니 맛에 대한 철학이 느껴집니다. 빨리먹고 나가는게 좋을텐데 맛을 위해서 테이블 회전보다 손님이 기다리기를 권하네요. 물론 초벌로 어느정도 익혀서 나오는 방법도 있겠지만 싱싱한 생곱창을 직접 기다려서 끓어먹는 맛은 별미입니다. 미리 연육해온 곱창들 보다 쫄깃한 맛이고 다른 내장부위도 섞여있어서 먹는 재미가 있습니다. 다 먹고나서 볶아먹는 미나리 가득한 볶음밥도 별미이니 꼭 드셔보세요. 양이 적은 편은 아니지만 곱창을 많이 먹고 싶어서 둘이서 3인분을 시켰는데도 가격 부담도 없습니다. 저렴하고 독특하고 맛있는 맛집입니다.
