Starbucks — Restaurant in Sejong

I don't really go to coffee shops, nor do I speak Korean well. However, the staff tried their best and obviously went out of their comfort zone to help my daughter and I with the order and the covid19 sign in system. And the best part is they did it with a smile and between my broken Korean and their best effort we got exactly what we wanted ~ with a big friendly smile. I appreciate that and I think that's worth a great review. We will go back here the next time we go to a coffee shop....

내가 가본 스타벅스 중 최악!!! 직원들의 불친절함이 커피숍 이용하는데 불편함을 준것은 처음입니다. 불친절하다못해 손님을 경멸하고 비웃는듯한 태도는 정말 스타벅스 직원 답지 못하더군요. (옥고감을 시켰는데 감자가 얼음장처럼 차가워서 한번만 더 데워달라고 부탁을 하니 아주 기분나쁜 눈빛으로 안된다고 하더니 한번더 부탁을 하니 돌려준다고 하더니 돌려주면서 하는말이 15초 돌렸답니다. 얼음장같은 감자가 15초로 뭐가 나아질까요? 그냥 안먹고 직원에게 돌려주었습니다. )리지 라는 직원은 본인이 스타벅스의 이미지를 대표한다는...
