팔미돈가흑돼지성산점 — Restaurant in Seogwipo-si

The entire meal (we ordered set C) was delightful from start to end. We were lucky to reach at 11:30, and had the boss grilling the meal to perfection. From the quality of charcoal to temperature check, recommendations on the food and how to eat them was just amazing. We'll definitely come back every time we're in Jeju.

They didn't have an English menu but Google translate...

As a tourist visiting from Singapore, the restaurant owner recognised us as visitors immediately despite our Korean greetings. He guided us on the menu and cooked for us while explaining each step and possible combinations with the side dishes.

10/10 experience. Food was great trying black pork belly for the first time. Has a distinct differing taste than regular pork belly and the crispy skin was awesome.

Most importantly the owner is amazing. He mans almost all the tables himself, cooks meat to perfection, and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does.
