고양이별 작은 아이 — Restaurant in Seongnam-si

It was our first time to visit a Cat Pet Cafe so the kids and I were pretty excited about it. We should have called ahead and made sure of the opening schedule but even after waiting for a long while, our enthusiasm was still pretty high.

We changed into slippers in the hallway, and after entering the cafe, stored our jackets and bags away, washed our hands and sanitized well, paid the entrance fee which usually includes a drink but due to Covid new rules cannot be provided so a discount was applied. Next, we read the cafe rules (no running, yelling, upsetting the animals) and went to meet the cats.

It was my kids' first time playing with cats and after only 5-10min of sitting on the floor and waiting for the cats to come over they were both rewarded with lots of attention :) We had a lovely time and took lots of photos while respecting the cats personal space. Slowly more people with kids arrived and we tried to find our favorite cat and spend time with it. The kids received photo cards with their favorite cats and a free snack for the cats for being made to wait a bit at the beginning. After feeding the cats we decided to call it a day, washed hands and cleaned the cat hair from our clothes (cats lose so much hair with the season changing), then said good-bye to the cats.

At the end the children had a wonderful time.

The place looked clean, the smell was fresh and the cats looked pretty good for cats :) I only wish the floor would have been a bit warmer cause I think cats love warm floors but I'm sure the manager who cares for them knows better :)

Totally recommend this place for families with kids who want to learn more about animals. Best time is shortly after opening so the kids can enjoy the cats undivided...

진짜 친구들이랑 놀러 가려했다가 주인장때문에 기분 잡치고 가네요. 뭔 손님 오든 말든 2층 올라가서 코골면서 자고, 그리고 애기보고 손님 오면 깨워주라고 하고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 또 제가 할인 되냐고 물어보니까 진짜 개 정색하면서 혼내고. 제가 손님인데 이렇게 혼나는건 처음 보네요 진짜로..; 음료수 맛도 별로 맛있지도 않고 비싸기만하고 고양이들도 스트레스 받는지 내려 오지도 않고 그러네요... 주인장이 문제에요 진짜 비추천합니다 정 고양이카페 가고싶으면 다른대 가세요...

고양이는 여러마리 있습니다. 그런데 고양이들 상태가 좋아보이지 않았어요. 목욕은 자주 시키는 것 같은데 털이 뭉쳐있거나 부스러기가 나있는 아이도 있습니다. 그리고 아이들이 나가지는 않지만 문단속이 잘 안 되고 있어요. 애묘인이라면 신경 쓰이는 부분이 많습니다. 입장료 7-8000원에 딸려나오는 음료는 너무 성의가 없구요. 지린내가 많이...
