Delicious. Guys. I stumbled in thinking it would be a nice change to get some old school charcoal BBQ grilled meats.. and stumbled onto a veritable gold mine of flavour and old school appeal. The pre-seasoned, pre-cooked meat comes out for a finishing BBQ cooking touch at your table with the traditional Korean charcoal briquettes. It's just 'muahh!' 고추장 삼겹살과 돼지갈비릏 먹었습니다. 초벌구이를 해서 서빙되구요, 90%를 익힌 상태로 보시면 됩니다. 석쇠에서 잠시 구우시면 됩니다. 석쇠 가운데는 화력이 강하니 고추장 삼겹살은 가장자리에서 구우세요. 탑니다. 삼겹살은 약간 도톰하고, 양념은 그렇게 강하지 않습니다. 상추와 마늘, 무를 곁들여 먹으면 좋습니다. 겉절이도 제공되는데, 양념이 너무 강해서 고기 맛이 줄어드네요. 돼지갈비는... 글쎄요. 식감도 약간 뻣뻣하고, 양념맛도 좀 애매한... 고추장...
