This place is as good as some famous ramen places in NYC. All employees are professionals and they know what they are doing. Food is served pretty quick; within 5-8 min after the order. The broth is pretty thick and deep, noodle is cooked in just right texture, and chashu is tender enough. Oh, another thing I really like about this ramen is it is seasoned just right comparing to those I tried in NYC; they were a bit salty or seasoned too strong in my taste. They basically serve three menus; original donkotsu, spicy donkotsu, and jiro style. I recommend the original donkotsu ramen.
