This place is legitly off the charts. This is my favorite food so I have a vested interest in this type of cuisine. Their broth has such a depth of flavor I can't describe. Their Napa cabbage kimchee is very lightly seasoned I presume on purpose to not overpower the subtleties of the broth. The radish kimchee is perfectly ripe, ready for you to place on top of your spoonful of rice which you've already dunked into the broth. 설렁탕이 많이 비싸졌네요. 한동안 안먹다 간만에 보니 만원이 되어있는... 외부에서 가마솥은 계속 끓이고 있으며, 설렁탕에서 누린내 같은건 없었습니다. 양도 적당하네요. 고기는 신사 영동설렁탕보단 좀 적은 느낌. 국물은 아주 진하고 담백한데 입술이 들러붙지 않는걸로 봐서 분유신공은 안쓰는집 같습니다. 김치 깍두기 상쾌하니 맛나네요. 주차는 제법 용이하구요, 코로나 대처가 잘 되어있습니다. 싱글석에는 자리마다 아크릴 격벽이 설치되어 있습니다. 영업시간은 저녁 8시30분 이후로는 손님을 받지 않네욤. 간만에 다시 갔는데 뭔가 불친절하다는 인상이 있었건만 여전하군요. 인사하면 인사좀 받아주세요. 힐끔 처다보고 쌩까는건 예의가 아니죠 -_-;; 혹시나 해서 구글링좀 해봤더만 13년도에 뭔가 사건도 있었고.. 딱히...
