Last evening, we attended the Dido jazz club located in Seoul, Korea. It is an unassuming establishment with a primary focus on the musical experience. A peculiar requirement necessitates that patrons order from the food menu despite a minimum charge, a policy whose rationale remains unclear, especially for those purchasing expensive wine yet still obligated to order food. However, the quality of the live jazz performance significantly compensated for any drawbacks. The ensemble comprised a drummer, a double bass player, and a pianist, creating a harmonious backdrop. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the female vocalist, whose voice seemed to transport us to the era of jazz’s inception. Her unique interpretations of standard jazz compositions were both refreshing and memorable. Her performance alone justifies future visits, despite the overall experience being somewhat ordinary.
We would rate Dido Jazz 3 half stars ☹️☹️☹️ for not being flexible on minimum orders , restrooms not cleaned but 5 stars plus plus for the live band especially the female vocalist....

If you are telling customer to walk in, it should be in a more detailed way. For instance, you could have advise the customer to walk in before 8pm as the show starts 8.30pm. And we’re tourist, how we would never find out it’s so full house. So please be reminded all travellers, be there much earlier than the show time if you wanna try. And one very unfair thing, if u asked customers to walk in, how could u reserve seats for your own friends and told me right on my face when I saw there’re seats available at the bar? So wrong and...
