주말에 친구들을 만났습니다. 신축상가 1층인데 층고가 높아 개방감이 무척 좋습니다. 규모는 중간급 이상 되는 것 같습니다. 다양한 테이블이 구비되어 있구요. 주택가에 있어서 그런지 독서실로 사용하는 손님은 거의 안 보이네요. 스벅의 커피와 음료는 맛으로 평가할 필요 없습니다. 그냥 브랜드만 보고 먹는 거니까요. 주변에 주차장도 있지만, 그냥 앞뒤 길가에 세워도 무방합니다. 화장실은 매장규모에 비해 작구요, 깨끗하지 않네요. 이곳은 밤 10시에 문을 닫습니다. 시간 생각 못 하고 9시 50분에 커피와 케잌 2개를 추가로 주문해서 후딱 먹고 나왔네요.

점심 무렵에 오면 대기가 지나치지만, 제가 사는 동네 스벅보다 확실히 커피를 잘 내립니다. 라떼로 마실 때 차이가 극명하게 느껴져서 이 동네에서는 여기에 사람이 많을수밖에 없는 거 같아요.

순천 신도시. 복층구조로 되어진 매장.주변에 고층 아파트들이 많아 매장을 찾는 사람들이 좀 많은편이다.주차장은 매장 바로 옆에 위치해 있긴하지만 주차하는 차들이 많아 쉽지가 않다.그 주변 한드블록 떨어진 곳에 공짜로 이용할수 오픈주차장이 더 편함. 매장내 청결도는 좋은편이며 분위기도 좋은편. 복잡한시간대를...
