The place is inside of AK plaza on the fifth floor. Overall the interior is clean and pleasant with a modern feel. There are covid restrictions in place and they seem to take it seriously. Sign in at the front, check your temp with the camera on the stand or a handheld IR thermometer for the little ones. Every other table/booth is blocked off. The doorbell that sounds when a customer comes to the door is a bit annoying. You can hear it clearly over the entire restaurant even with many families talking. I ate by myself, in between trains. I waited about 15 minutes and was sat at a far table by the restrooms. It felt weird being so far from people, and the odd fishbowl effect didn't help. Half of the restaurant is glass floor to ceiling so shoppers and passers by can clearly see everything you do, much like a zoo or aquarium. The waiter brought over a coaster, handiwipe, and single serve hand sanitizer. I had not had much chance to look through the menu while the waiter hovered around me waiting for me to order. It felt rushed and pressured. I did not see the regular thing I enjoy on the US menu. There is no Blooming Onion, no Sashimi, and no Prime Rib on the menu not to mention no veggies I saw other than salad. I asked the waiter if they had any of these. He spoke very good English and told me no they did not. I ordered a sirloin, it came with two sides. I ordered French fries and fried rice. It apparently also come with soup or salad. The salad dressing options were limited to 3 or 4 options: ranch, honey mustard, or vinaigrette. The ranch wasn't bad, little thicker than I thought it would be. The salad came without tomatoes as I asked, what surprised was the volume of cheese it had on it. With the salad came out the bread. Overall the taste is the same, there is something missing or changed in the recipe. It just has a slightly different taste to it. The butter seamed under whipped. It was a sweet butter, pretty good actually. I think a less sweat butter would work best with an already sweet bread. The food came out very quickly. The steak was cooked correctly to a medium. Not a super flavorful steak, but I'm not a steak guy. The fries were crispy and salted perfectly. The fried rice was good, not alot of flavor out of it though. The silverware looked beat. It was very worn and the "steak knife" was flimsy/bendy and dull. They did come in a sealed bag for covid. The stake came with a sauce, I believe a butter reduction with some sort of flavor in the bottom. Mostly just tasted like clarified butter. Not being a steak guy I like the tang of yellow mustard with my steak/prime rib. Surprisingly they only have whole grain and honey mustard. The waiter brought my check before I'd even finished half my steak. Overall I felt rushed. I had to ask for another coke after he passed by a couple times. Not sure if that cultural or not. Paid the cashier at the front and was out the door. Overall not bad just don't expect it to be like the US versions, and it was alot like eating...

상세 정황 7시 45분쯤 입장. 9시 마감으로 쫓겨나기전에 식사를 끝내야하니 빨리 주문을 하고싶었는데 자리 안내해준 직원이 한참 길게 블랙라벨 세트(107000원)가 가성비 갑이라며 추천을 하고 서버한테 주문하라며 사라짐. 서버 직원이 나타나더니 또다시 한참 길게 다시 블랙라벨 세트를 추천해주고 메뉴 정하면 다시 불러달라고 함. 애초에 블랙라벨 세트를 먹을 생각이 없었고 갈릭립아이(44900원)를 주문하겠다고 하니 갈릭립아이는 잘 안나간다며 굳이 퀸즈랜드 립아이(57000원)을 역제안하고 난 그냥 갈릭립아이를 달라고함.
주문한 음료수를 갖다주면서 흘림 (몇방울 튄게 아니고 테이블 끄트머리까지 흘러 바지까지 젖을뻔함). 본인은 서빙 받을때마다 감사합니다 추임새라도 넣어주는데 죄송하다 일언반구 없이 사라지고 음료수를 흘린 테이블을 닦아주지도 않음.
동시에 식전빵이 구워지는 중이라 조금 늦게 나온다고 이야기를 전하더니 메인메뉴까지 식전빵이 안나옴. 메인메뉴 서빙받으며 혹시 식전빵이 아직 준비안됐냐니까 (다른직원) 안드렸어요?!! 죄송합니다ㅠㅠ 화들짝 놀라며 바로 갖다줌.
(주관적일수 있음) 1)라임즙 2)짓이긴민트잎 3)설탕 또는 시럽을 탄산수에 녹인 칵테일이 모히또. 모든 레시피를 생략하고 초록빛나는 시판 모히또 시럽을 탄산수에 대충 녹여 8900원에 서빙하는걸 보고 기가 차다는 생각이 들수밖에없음. 아마 모히또가서 몰디브한잔 드립이 유행하는 시점에 급조한 메뉴같은데 한스델리에서 3000원짜리 모히또를 주문하면 이렇게 주려나??
