Starbucks Yeoju Premium Outlets — Restaurant in Yeoju-si

I’ve always found that a Starbucks Tall latte tastes a little too light for me. When I was in the U.S., I used to ask for an extra shot—but that often made it a bit too strong. So this time, at the Starbucks in Yeoju Outlet, my sister and I came up with a simple idea: we ordered two lattes and asked for one extra shot to split between both drinks.

Unfortunately, the staff refused. We tried to explain that we just wanted to share a single extra shot, but they insisted that we would have to pay for two shots, even though we were only getting one. On top of that, their attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience...

I think the store is not serving as we expect from a Starbucks. Maybe the problem is the number of people during the peak-time. The store should consider and adopt the target customers here (mostly families) to arrange tables accordingly.

Their service is fine. It's just there's always such a long line. Even siren orders take forever. My siren order was number 38 and it took about 15 minutes+. I recommend placing a siren order and shopping around.

They're also often out of nonfat milk bc...
