지금까지 여러 곳 돌아다니면서 먹었던 스시집 중 제 입맛엔 단연 으뜸이었습니다. 여수오면 또 생각날것 같아요 ㅜㅜ 연어 스시는 비린맛 하나도 안나고 사르르 녹는 느낌 밥도 적당한 찰기와 입안에 감도는 느낌 식초맛 적당하고 추가로 나오는 양파샐러드 역시 샐러드 향이 지나쳐서 연어의 맛을 방해하지 않는 적당히 조화로운 맛이었습니다! 특선 초밥 역시 맛있었는데 ㅜㅜ 회가 쫄깃거리면 신선한 느낌이 확 들었습니다^^* 별 하나 뺀 이유는 음.. 초밥 맛은 좋았으나 추가로 우동(아주 작은것이라도)이나 튀김 몇개 정도 전혀 없더라구요, 음식...
