Notos Lounge Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Juba City

On the positive side it's a great dinning place, good food and menus. Convient hands washing area and clean wash rooms. On the not so positive observations, things like shisha smoking should be placed in a secluded zone, because this takes away the atmosphere of a restaurant, it like a public bar, and that's not family friendly. The waiters needed to be continously reminded of the orders, that's not good, once orders are taken, they should not be several reminders, it shows a disconnect with the clients needs. Notos have some of the best fried tilapia, but every time they serve this without cream of tata sauce, when you ask the waiters for the sauce, they pretend that it is coming, you wait until you can't wait anymore, and when you inquire for the umpteenth time, that's when waiters tell you that, Oh sorry it is finished for today. This is not good for a restaurant to find excuses every time about key ingredients for quality food. Dinners pay so they can get a full compliment of what is supposed to be offered. Notos management needs to do better to maintain the brand and provide customer...

Great Indian food sometimes, terrible other times. Had the worst Kadhai Paneer of my life today.

Most of the waiters are super friendly and helpful. Some seem miserable, don't listen and/or just ignore you; I don't blame the waiters, but not sure how you can run a restaurant for so long and still not have reliable standards.

The service can be super slow (ie is almost always super slow), even when the place is empty, and they are not worried at all leaving you waiting... Not a place to go for a quick meal.

Also, check that what is described on the menu is what you actually will get: e.g. 'foccacia' = standard white bread rolls.

My first review was four stars and have taken them off over the years. The only reason I ever go is because it's right next door to where I live.

Have taken it back down to one star for the ridiculously slow service. Latest gem was 40 minutes for two...

One of the best place in juba for dining. Located in juba town. Front of hamza in this place offers u best seating. There is a bar where u can sit bar side n enjoy drinks. Food is good. Specially indian food. Only thing they need to improve is speed of service. After we order food we will have to wait for long. If they add some more waiters it will be good.
